During one Saturday in February, a procession of decorated river barges turns the San Antonio River Walk into a floating Bourbon Street during the aptly-named Mardi Gras River Parade. Every Independence Day, you can count on the July 4th Arts & Crafts Show to showcase local and regional artists as well as craftsmen and jewelers. Holiday Boat Caroling, which takes place at the end of November through the middle of December, features over 185 school, church, business, and civic choral groups singing carols on boats.
