During one Saturday in February, a procession of decorated river barges turns the San Antonio River Walk into a floating Bourbon Street during the aptly-named Mardi Gras River Parade. Holiday Boat Caroling, which takes place at the end of November through the middle of December, features over 185 school, church, business, and civic choral groups singing carols on boats.
